Home cooking & a steady daily rhythm
Fresh, home-cooked food is served every two hours. Below is the weekly menu and the 24-hour daily schedule straight from our parent handbook.
Halal home cooking
No pork, ham, or bacon is ever served. Meals are cooked at home from fresh ingredients, and special diets are accommodated with a written food plan.
Food every two hours
Meals and snacks are served no less than two and no more than three hours apart, unless a child is asleep.
USDA CACFP standards
Menus follow the USDA Child and Adult Care Food Program. Only unflavored 1% milk is served, with whole milk for children under two.
