Hello and thank you! In the past, we were referred to as childcare providers or babysitters. Today we are Early Learning Teachers and licensees with Early Learning Programs, but either way, we have never been babysitters. We work from our private residence, our family home, and provide early learning programming to groups of children, birth to 13 years old, on a regular and ongoing basis.
Before Amiro's, I ran a daycare for more than five years. I later stepped away to pursue other work and focus on raising my family. In 2022, when most of my seven children were grown, I returned to childcare and founded Amiro's Early Learning Program, named after my youngest daughter, Amira. Because this is a genuine family home, all children interact with children of all ages throughout the day, learning by playing in a rich, loving environment.
Because this is a licensed family home, we maintain an intimate group of up to 12 children. This means your child gets held when they need comfort, enjoys fresh home-cooked Halal meals every two hours, and rests peacefully in clean, dedicated sleep rooms.
